We've been the official uniform of the fans nationwide, did you know? Over a thousand ads have been released in different formats and topics. Both famous and anonymous have represented our brand. Our soundtrack has played everything from rock to reggae, from samba to axé.

Here, every day is different. We are the perfect example of metamorphosis, innovating for almost 30 years. We entered retail in 1938, together with the 'Tavares' organizations in Rio de Janeiro. In 1985, we were born as a 'sportswear' line available in 'Tavares' stores. With the closure of the organizations' operations in 1990, TACO gained its own stores and a lot of attitude in the market.

Between 1994 and 1995, the first TACO franchises started opening in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. Currently, we have 64 proprietary stores throughout Brazil, with most concentrated in the Rio de Janeiro metropolitan area. In addition, we have 65 franchise locations in all regions of the country.
